Monyette grew up watching her mom — a seamstress and small-business owner — stitch her label into every piece she made. That label represented more than fabric and a name. It was the lesson that your name is as valuable as anyone else's and worth showing off.
But the name “Monyette” was never on the keychains, t-shirts, or little gift-shop trinkets you could find in a store that other kids got to take for granted. So she did what she had seen her Mom do for years — she made her own. Then friends wanted her to make items for them, and then strangers did. This is how 4U By Mo was born.
Today, every piece carries the same intention her mother gave her: a reminder that everyone deserves to feel uniquely seen and to show off the designs, names, and statements that hold value to them.
